How to Transform Your Life in the First 3 Months of 2025
The start of a new year is a perfect opportunity to make significant changes and set the tone for the rest of the year. Here’s a comprehensive guide to transforming your life in the first three months of 2025. From boosting your income to enhancing your health and mindset, we’ve got you covered.
Making More Money
Your New Entrepreneurial Venture
Starting a new business or side hustle can be a game-changer in transforming your life in the new year. Most people could do with increasing their income. This provides an opportunity to pursue your passions while increasing your income. Here are some ideas to get you started:
- Selling Digital Products Online: Create and sell e-books, online courses, or printables. Platforms like Etsy and Gumroad are great for this.
- Starting Social Media Accounts: Build a following on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. You can monetize through sponsorships, ads, and affiliate marketing.
- Creating Faceless Channels: YouTube channels that don’t show your face, such as those focused on animations, compilations, or informative slideshows, can be very successful.
- Etsy Print-on-Demand: Sell custom-designed products like t-shirts, mugs, and posters without worrying about inventory or shipping.
- Starting a Blog/Affiliate Marketing: Share valuable content and recommend products you love. Earn a commission for every sale made through your affiliate links.
Routine
Create a Routine That Works Best for You
A solid routine is crucial for productivity and well-being. To be clear, it doesn’t have to be elaborate or long. It can be as small as 2-3 steps or as long as 5-8 steps. What works for you is going to depend on the timeframe you have and what is most important to accomplish each day in these routines. I’d recommend laying out a clear plan for your morning & evening routine so you can look at at any point(daily, if needed) and know what your routine is supposed to look like. You can also start with a short routine and work up to a more elaborate one. Here’s how to create one:
- Morning Routine: Start your day with activities that set a positive tone, such as meditation, gratitude practice, exercise, and a healthy breakfast.
- Work Routine: Dedicate specific hours to focused work. Use techniques like time blocking and the Pomodoro method to stay productive.
- Evening Routine: Wind down with relaxing activities like reading, journaling, or a warm bath. Ensure you get enough sleep to rejuvenate for the next day.

Finances – Organizing & Budgeting What You Have
Use an App or Get a Planner
Managing your finances is essential for financial stability and growth. Define your savings/financial goals first. Then, I would put those goals into chatGPT and ask it to give you a plan of how to get there in the fastest time. This will give you some insight. Always use some type of tool to organize the financial aspect of your life. Here are some tools to help:
- Apps: Rocket Money, Mint, or YNAB (You Need A Budget) can help you track expenses, create budgets, and save money.
- Planners: Use physical budget planners to manually track your spending and savings. I’ll link some of my recommendations in the post.
- Digital Planners – Notion: Notion templates can be a perfect avenue to manage and track finances. Check out notion templates here.
Health & Fitness
Drink Your Water
Staying hydrated is fundamental for your overall health. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day. It’s kind of self-explanatory but I always have to reiterate it. Drink your water, please. Here is the water bottle I use. It’s the perfect size for me.
Take Your Vitamins
Personalized vitamins can make a huge difference. Consider visiting a hormone and weight loss clinic to get your hormones tested and find out which vitamins you need.
Pilates & Strength Training Mix
A combination of Pilates and strength training can help you achieve the best shape of your life. Pilates improves flexibility and core strength, while strength training builds muscle and burns fat. For me, I find that strength training helps me tone and lose weight without stressing my body out. Pilates helps me with a multitude of things including flexibility and core strength, but most importantly, my body looks more slim and lean when I incorporate the pilates. Also, with the rise of ‘pilates arms’, I realized I want to tone my arms AND I want smaller arms. This is just a suggestion and I want you to do what works best for you but if you’re asking for my recommendation…mixing pilates, strength training, and yoga on slower days is going to be your best bet for getting in the best shape the fastest.
Honor Your Rest Days
Rest is crucial for recovery and overall well-being. On rest days, avoid doom scrolling and be intentional with your relaxation. No work or planning allowed!
Commit to Weekly Meal Plans
Plan your meals for the week to ensure you’re eating healthily and saving time. Choose a specific day each week to do your meal prep. I’ve found that planning out my meals on a specific day helps keep me on track. Adult lunchables are my go-to because they are so customizable and I love having smaller portions of multiple things. I’ll attach some meal prep tools here if you need.
5,000-10,000 Steps a Day
Stay active by aiming for 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day, even on rest days. This helps maintain your fitness and keeps your body moving. When I first started my journey to be more active, I began with a goal of 5,000 steps and moved my way up. Surprisingly, averaging about 7,000-8,000 steps, I managed to lose over 45 lbs. My recommendation is that you pick a number between 5,000 and 10,000 and aim to stick to that everyday. I use my Apple Watch to track my calories and my step goal. It gamifies my fitness journey for me and it helps. (Tip: Watch your show on the stairmaster/treadmill)
Purpose
Set Your Goals & Intentions
Clearly define your goals and intentions for the year. This will give you direction and motivation. Lay it all out there. What do you truly want out of this year? If you could say “what do I want my life to look like 3 months from now?” You can get there but you have to be clear on where you’re trying to go.
Make a Plan for Each Month
Start with January and create a detailed plan for each month. Break down your goals into smaller, actionable steps. Ask yourself this question: What do I have to do to accomplish these goals? What are my objectives? Then, What are my tasks? Split your tasks up by week, days, or months. You can even add milestone markers as a way to keep you on track. Remember, we are attempting to supercharge the first three months of this year to put you in the best position possible and accomplishing your goals (or closer to your goals than you’ve ever been). So, that means every week, every day has to count. You have to make it count!
Write Out What Your Ideal Self Looks Like in 3 Months
Visualize and write down what you want to achieve in the next three months. At the end of the first three months of 2025, where do you see yourself? What do want have checked off your goal list? Get really clear on that! Having a clear and strong vision for the next three months will help you properly plan out your time and maintain focus. You can also plan the next 6 months and/or the entire year. Though, I always recommend breaking your year and this allows for concentrated focus on a specific set of goals. In addition, it will allow you to reevaluate where you are at the end of those three months to be able to adequately plan the next 3 months!
Environment
Declutter Your Environment
A clean and organized environment can significantly improve your mental clarity and productivity. Take the time to declutter your space. Let go of items you haven’t worn, used, or touched all year because it’s likely you don’t need them going into the new year and you need to make space (both energetically and physically) for what’s to come. Donate or sell old clothes and items you no longer need. This will create more space and reduce stress.
Mindset & Personal Growth
Commit to Some Daily Expression of Gratitude
Practicing gratitude daily can improve your mindset and overall happiness. Take a few minutes each day to reflect on what you’re grateful for. I will be honest, sometimes I use a journal to physically write down what I’m grateful for but most times, I just say it out loud in the morning and when I’m feeling. I speak my gratitude. There are multiple ways you can express gratitude – choose what works best for you!
Reevaluate the Media You’re Taking In
I LOVE A GOOD TIKTOK SCROLL SESSION but it is really important to watch how much you’re consuming and what you’re consuming. Social media is a space that shows so various aspects of life and it can be so helpful in regards to learning new things. That being said, there are also dark sides of social media. Negative content, sad content, content that may trigger insecurities in you, etc. It’s not healthy to consume as much as we do through social media platforms because it can be detrimental to our health & mental well-being. Consume media that supports a positive and growing mindset. Incorporate podcasts, audiobooks, and videos that inspire and educate you. My goal is to pick back up physically reading books (I’ve listened to audiobooks most of this year), some are re-reads of books that completely transformed my mindset. I will link them below so you can check them out.
